A message dated May 6, 2006, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 83(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                 
consideration:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83(FIN)                                                    
     "An Act relating to the Alaska Seismic Hazards Safety                                          
     Commission; and providing for an effective date."
